D3Tray is a Windows System Tray. It reflects the state of the D3 NT services and has short cuts to a number of D3 NT utilities built in. Fix an undesired effect where the login window would take up to several minutes to get activated. Add a field in the setup screen to allow the user to specify the IP address or the host name of the default telnet menu.
